About the role:
In your role as a Care Assistant, you will ensure that our residents receive optimal individual care, thereby promoting their quality of life in old age. You will provide domestic assistance and maintenance throughout the entire estate, including apartment cleaning. Supporting and encouraging our residents to participate in a vast array of activities that promote their health and well-being will be among the many responsibilities. You will assist them with appointment scheduling, and transportation arrangements, and, if required, accompany them on visits and aid in their purchasing. Each day will be unique and present you with opportunities to apply your interpersonal abilities in a meaningful way.
About you:
- Our estate will be readily accessible via public transportation from your location.
- Have a minimum of one year of experience in health and social care in the United Kingdom.
- You will possess a congenial and amiable demeanor, preferably having prior experience in a care or support setting.
